19 Weeks 1 Day Bump Photo

Dear Baby Jellybean,
While it makes mommy very happy to see that you are growing everyday, and feeling your little kicks throughout the day makes me smile, could you please lay off the nausea button? I've caught on now that you have a secret button to make mommy sick to her tummy in there!

Oh, and while we are at it, can we lay off the 2am-4am hunger wake ups? Don't worry mommy will feed you again in the morning, I have no intentions of making you go hungry! But all this extra snacking hasn't been very kind to my figure, and we still have 21 or so weeks left to go before you can cry and let me know when to feed you! I'm afraid if you get too big the won't be able to get you out and I will never be able to fit my butt back into my old jeans again.

And while I mentioned enjoying your little kicks and punches, don't think I haven't noticed your little dance parties that go on early in the morning! I hope you know that this will just not fly when you are finally here, any late night parties at your crib will not be appreciated!

I should probably let you know now that daddy is the one who will be a sucker for a cute smile or puppy dog eyes. So far it's worked for me. And since I know how much of a handful you are already don't think you will be getting away with much. Again, you might want to make some cute faces at daddy when you get in trouble.

I think that lately our kitty Neko has taken some interest in you. He is curious when I listen to your heart beat on the doppler and he seems to be glued to my hip. I'm sure you two will become bffs as soon as you start to eat solids and decide to throw your food all over the place. Just because he likes to eat everything doesn't mean he should, and watch out he will try to mooch off of you if you let him.

So we are getting closer to finding out just what you are little bean! Are you a little Emmalina or a little Lucas? I guess we will know in two weeks! You better behave though, even if you are shy, it wouldn't hurt you to just let us know what to call you! Because "it" is not a becoming name for a baby, especially MY baby. And your mommy and Meme want to spoil you! Oh! And if you don't behave I guess I just have to ground you from Meme's house. I know Meme will be sad, but she will spoil you too much and we can't have that if you are being a little brat at the ultrasound... :p

Just know that mommy and daddy love you dearly! We can't wait to see how big you've gotten in two weeks, and finally know what to call you!

Love,
Mommy Jellybean <3
