25 Weeks!

So, I know I've been a bad Mommy and I missed last weeks update. I'm hoping these pictures will make up for it all. Josh's cousin Heidi from Nothing Fades Photography took these pictures of us on Sunday for her portfolio. The ones I've seen so far look great.

Currently I've been hungrier than a bear. I can seriously pack away 6-8 meals/snacks a day and still feel hungry. I wish I could say it's all going to lil Lucas, but we all know it's not true. Lets just say he will have some good mama juice going for him with all this weight I've put on.

This morning he's been rolling around in there like a little marble. Some days he gets to being naughty and he will roll so that when he kicks he gets me in the bladder. Thank god for kegels or I'd have pissed myself a thousand times over by now.

This week is kindof a week from hell. I'm anticipating that the board exam I'm scheduled to take this Friday will no less kill me. No food, no water, no pee breaks??? UGH! And it's an 8 hour exam broken up into 4 hour blocks with a 1 hour break. Not only does that suck, but I thought it would be a great idea to cram everything I've learned these past two years into 4 days of studying. Haha. Opps. Did I forget that since being pregnant all I want to do is sleep and um... not study like my life depends on it?

Then my 24th birthday is on Saturday. My last birthday before officially becoming a mommy. Nothing will be about me anymore, it will all be about my little man. I dread birthdays, as any woman might. However I am pretty sure my parents are going to get me a cheese cake instead of a regular cake from the Cheese Cake Factory. :D I guess that makes up for the fact that I'm getting old.

So I would like to make a quick shout out to Kiersten and Michele, thank you ladies so much for the gifts for Lucas! It makes my heart melt when I get something in the mail for him. I love that other people want to spoil him and get him cute outfits and goodies.

And last but not least, this is a project I did start to finish last night at 9pm-12pm. It's a minky monkey quilt. I made it for my teacher who is having a boy in April. I plan on making a bunch more. I love being crafty! <3
