Weigh In Wednesday



I'm currently using the totally free, totally awesome My Fitness Pal to track my intake.
I just started, so... as you can see not much progress and a giant up hill battle to get over.

I really like how not only can you track your calories, but you can track carbs, fat, and protein too! You input your stats and your goal weight with how many pounds a week you want to lose and they give you a calorie amount to strive for. There is also a forum for support and if you want to a blogging section.
